Why We Built This Site
Michigan opens most trial court records to the public, and access is still not the same thing as a clear answer. A warrant does not live in one place. The judge who signs it sets the charge and the release conditions. The clerk keeps the case file. A sheriff's deputy or a city officer carries it out, and the jail records the custody that may follow. A bench warrant for a missed hearing sits with the court that set the case, which may be the District Court, the Circuit Court, or a family division file rather than a general criminal docket.
That structure makes it easy to check one office, find nothing, and draw the wrong conclusion. We pull the contact details, the portal names, the warrant-record fields, and the request steps into one reference so a visitor can start in the right spot instead of working through five websites.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Michigan court, sheriff's office, or state agency. The limits below are real, and they do not change based on the question.
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm that a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot recall, quash, serve, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept a payment toward a warrant or a fine
- We cannot schedule a surrender, a hearing, or a walk-in appointment
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a case applies to you
- We cannot promise that every phone number, hour, or fee on this site is current today
Only the court that issued the warrant can confirm that it exists, and only that court can recall it. We can point you to the right office, and the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Search boxes on this site are supplied by third-party providers. Those companies set their own prices, run their own systems, and decide what appears in their results. When a tool leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee, and that revenue keeps this site free to read. We do not control what a partner charges or how complete its data is, and a partner result is not an official warrant check.
